The 30-Day Ocean Guarantee

We back every pair of AONIC Flow headphones with our 30-Day Ocean Guarantee. If you take them in the water, on the trails, or through your hardest sessions and they're not right for you — send them back for a full refund. No hoops. No questions.
To be eligible for a return:
Your return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at admin@aonicflow.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, the standard 30-Day Ocean Guarantee applies.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for manufacturing defects only. If your AONIC Flow arrives with a defect, contact us at admin@aonicflow.com and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Products that show damage inconsistent with normal use (e.g., physical impact damage, third-party modifications).
Gift cards.

Warranty

AONIC Flow is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact admin@aonicflow.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
