Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the AONIC online store at aonicflow.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
The Site is operated by AONIC. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to AONIC. Our products are designed and sold for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to display settings.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pre-Orders
By placing a pre-order, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the time of purchase. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy above. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy above, including the 30-Day Ocean Guarantee.
8. Warranty
AONIC Flow is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and videos — is the property of AONIC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AONIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
