We built AONIC Flow for people who don't wait around. Here is exactly how we get it to you.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $40 USD. Every AONIC Flow order qualifies.
Orders under $40 USD: $10 USD flat rate, tracked and insured.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in USD.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery times

Counted from dispatch, in business days:

Rest of world	10 to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing and peak periods can add time, and we will keep you updated if your order is affected.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also use Track My Order at any time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at admin@aonicflow.com.

Customs and import duties

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply when your order arrives. These charges are set by your government, are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the product or shipping price. AONIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us straight away at admin@aonicflow.com. We can update the address if the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect a shipment.

Lost or damaged in transit

Every shipment is insured. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement at no cost.
