Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150 USD to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and select European countries.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of your expected dispatch date, please contact us at admin@aonicflow.com.
Customs & Duties
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. AONIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@aonicflow.com. We can update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments.
