We built AONIC Flow for people who don't wait around. Here's exactly how we get it to you.

Pre-Order Shipping

AONIC Flow 2.0 is currently available for pre-order. Batch 1 is 80% sold out. All pre-orders ship in the third week of April 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Pre-order pricing is locked at $199 USD at the time of purchase. No price increases after you've secured your pair.

Standard Shipping

Once we move to open stock (post-Batch 1), orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150 USD to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and select European countries.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of your expected dispatch date, please contact us at hello@aonicflow.com.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside Australia, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. AONIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@aonicflow.com. We can update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments.
